Can he project his thoughts into people and force them to bend to his will AND take away their memories AND suck their powers out of their bodies?

Why does he have 3 powers? Is it because of the power sucking thing? Similar to two of his sons...Peter and Gabriel?

Also, why did they give Gabriel away and keep Nathan and Peter? And if Peter and Gabriel were born with their powers, and their powers are a little similar...why did they have to give Nathan his? And his is so benign when compared to his brothers.

Now I'm wondering if Nathan is Arthur's child. He was ready to kill him awful easily, but not Peter.

I've been wondering a lot about that myself.

I hope someone has some thoughts or ideas on your questions since they are good ones.

I am kind of glad they waited to bring the father into the picture, because I am not liking him at all.

I love the changes they are making to Sylar, because I was really starting to really hate that he was on the show still last season.

Now that dislike is on Mohinder. Can't stand the guy.

What a waste of such a beautiful man.

I assumed Arthur's power was like Peters and Gabriel but stronger. Here's how I saw it. He's got the power to take other peoples powers and leave them without. He can then use those powers the same as Peter and Gabriel can. So therefor if he's taken someone's power who can control minds, like Matt's he can then use it to do things like he did with Angela.

As for Nathan I hadn't thought about that. But I do really like Gabriel a lot more then I liked "Sylar" last year.

Good theory, Amay. I wonder who else besides Matt and his Dad had the mind control/eraser power.

Nathan, we were told was 'given' his abilities, like Tracey. But we see that Peter and Gabriel have similar powers and similar to their father's. It wasn't mentioned that either of them was 'given' and not born with their abilities. Plus Nathan's power is totally different than his brothers powers. Peter and Gabriel are far more powerful than Nathan, too.

Why have them with so much ability and limit Nathan to flying?

Arthur didn't want Peter to die, even though he was considered the screw-up/disappointment child. Arther tried to recruit Peter into the fold and gave him him more chances. He also didn't send anyone after Peter when Gabriel saved him to finish the job.

Also, Arther is going after Claire, now...with no mention of her being his granddaughter. That struck me as odd.

So are we believing HRG that Gabrial is not their son.

This show is on an uprise for me. I love the fact that all the characters are joining again for a battle at the end.

I am also digging Sylar and disliking Mohinder. Did Syler kill Elle? And if so who is the mother of his child? Maybe he is adopted. o child of a victim perhaps?

Hiro is the perfect comic relief. Just when I need a break from the tension or a laugh there is Hiro.

I said the same thing about the child with Syler in the future. But my boyfriend said that the time line was now different because of Peter going back in time, then forward in time. So in the new time line there may be no child.

Also, I agree about Hiro. He is my boyfriends favorite char. and I just think he's really funny. Plays his part great!

Some how I don't think Elle is dead. I think I read that Kristen Bell is singed for the whole season, just not in every episode. Perhaps Elle's electricity jump starts her heart or Gabriel has a change of heart.

About Gabriel, I don't know...seemed like a lie to me, since we weren't given anymore information. How would Arthur have known that Angela came up with such an elaborate lie when he first say Gabriel?

I don't think the timeline is automatically changed. Peter did return with Gabriel's power. If the future was different, how'd he get them?

Media mags are reporting that, unlike many other Heroes' "deaths", that Elle's is permanent... (which isn't to say she could never pop up again in a flashback, a la Hiro's dad)

Elle is a goner ...as for Arthur's power...he was bedridden for a long time and then all of a sudden he is not ...someone infused him with the ability to take everyone's power...it wasn't mom because she was a prisoner herself...it's not the sons because they were very surprised to see good old dad up and around....did I fall asleep and miss something...just asking....
