For me is the third season finale 'Through the Looking Glass' , it was mindblowing.

How could I possibly choose?
I finally decided on Man of Science, Man of Faith because I think this is where so many answers start (and of course have their own additional questions!).
However, I may have the title confused with some other episode.
I just wish there had been an 'all of above' !

"The Constant." Hands down for me.

I've never gotten the fascination with the Locke episode, "The Walkabout." It was only a midlan episode for me, but then Locke's not a favorite of mine.

Two For The Road because it was such a pivotal turning point...and lay the foundation for me as to the good intentions of the others...and Ben.

I've also gone for The Constant. It was a tough choice between that and Numbers, which was the most mindblowing episode of a generally mindblowing season. But, in the end, timetravel with Penny and Desmond making contact just can't be beaten!

Two for The Road is the most shocking episode I've ever seen in years.. that was just... wow.

The end of "Through the Looking Glass", with the first revelation of the flashforward was great, but "The Constant" blew the roof off the joint. A whole other level of television I've not seen since Twin Peaks.

Absolutely! I had never envisioned something like this in network TV.

The Constant blew me away!!! And, of course, Monkey Man's always teasing me about my Constant is fun too!!!

I've read some spoilers about the upcoming season and it looks to be an awesome ride come January.

This is a tough one for me. I guess I would have to pick 'The Constant' as well - from these choices anyway. I thought the two-hour series premiere was one of the best pilots ever made at that time. 'Through the Looking Glass' was the best season finale for the series. The most shocking episode that really caught me off guard was the Season Two opener with Desmond in the hatch - that was such a fun surprise because you were trying to guess who's flashback it was.

There are quite a few episodes though that I liked better than a lot of these listed, but of the ones listed, I'll go with The Constant.

Don't know if any of you guys have joined Ryan's Facebook Zap2it Lost Group (if you have I've probably been throwing snowballs at you and sending you rainforest plants without even knowing it) but, if you did you would have seen that my "constant" bought me the season 4 DVD's for Christmas!!! YAY!!!

Oh, you did nothing wrong. You got all the main ones everyone likes. I just remember liking a few episodes more than the ones listed here. I can't remember which ones they were though; I'd have to "GO BAAACK" and look at all the episode descriptions. Most likely they were from Season Three or Four.

I picked the pilot episode, because without that we wouldn't have the rest & I can remember being shocked from day one & totally being sucked in.

I picked S3's One of Us, but I think it is tied with The Constant for me. I am a huge Juliet fan and the work Elizabeth Mitchell (Where is her Emmy?) did with the ambiguity of her character and the story in that episode was amazing. The Constant you know is The Constant. Nothing really more you can say.

The Constant was a gem, but I voted for Two for the Road because it was such a jaw-dropping episode.

I was looking ahead in the week and I saw the 3 hour Lost on Wednesday, and I thought it was the Season Premiere. I was freakin' out because I'm not ready, but then I actually READ the synopsis on my TiVo guide and realized it's just a repeat of "There's No Place Like Home" season ender. Plus I should have known it was too soon.

I'm glad they're easing back into it. I don't think I have the adrenaline to plunge right back in now.

I just saw "The Constant" again on SciFi network. What an awesome episode. I didn't vote for it on this poll, but I wish I would have.

I watched The Constant again last night on Sci FI, and it is an awesome episode, but I realized how gut wrenching Ji Yeon was for me so it is right up there.

I'm also a BEATLE LOVER! Paul McCartney is going to on The View tomorrow! (Wednesday!)

I'm in the process of researching if he's going to be on anything else while he's in the States!
