I decided to revamp things and get things started off: Here are some of the ratings for this season's CW shows! I will try my best to update each table weekly Let the criticizing and the praising begin!
ANTM: Comparing previous cycles it is obvious that cycles 11 & 12 have been lower. However, the demos are still strong and compared to other CW reality, is the only thing that's working for them so far. Good to see the first episode of Cycle 12 beat the premiere of Cycle 11. It's usually the other way around.
13: Fear is Real: Thank god this is gone.
90210: Just LOOK at the number of repeats. It's sickening to watch. This is what is going to kill this show, or is actually killing it. Overplay. It's like Dawn is shoving it down the viewers throats. The DVR+7 numbers are good, but then again...it's nothing fantastic...
Stylista: This show could not hold any of America's Next Top Model's audience and doesn't deserve to be brought back. The concept was good, but it wasn't original. That was the problem. The demos were also way too low. Even for reality standards.
Privileged: I really do love this show, but i'm sorry, the numbers say it all. This show is not coming back anytime soon. I blame the CW for not promoting it as much as other shows that don't deserve to still be on air (90210).
Everybody Hates Chris: Even on Fridays, the cheaper show performs better than other, such as Privileged. The numbers are not strong enough to last another season and I think the CW is not looking for comedies anymore.
The Game: This show had so much potential. It managed to bring in 3+ million viewers on some of its episodes last season. The CW is to blame for this. Bad scheduling and bad budget cuts.
Smallville: One of the few shows that shine, especially on a difficult night. The CW should be in love with this show. The numbers have been stable. Of course as seasons continue, the ratings wouldn't be as strong, but compared to the rest of The CW. It's their pride and joy, however, still treated as an unwanted step-child.
Supernatural: This show follows from what I said about Smallville. It seizes to amaze me. Brings in the viewers and demos against competition such as CSI & Grey's Anatomy. This show deserves a break.
Gossip Girl: This show started off with a good season and the ratings have just been slipping. The CW's been holding off the episodes to try and have a run until the end of the season starting next week. Let's just see if that works. DVR+7 numbers are kind to the show and I can see this show helping the CW in the future. It has picked up over last year.
One Tree Hill: If you look at the average for the season. It's basically averaged around the 3.5 Million mark & it has been unstable in the demos starting off strong with demos like 1.9 and having a rough time and getting 1.3's and 1.4's. Nonetheless, I am being biased here but at the same time honest and will say that lately, even though the show has been going through a rough patch, it's been outshining Gossip Girl. Not bad for a show on it's sixth season.
Well these charts were all brought from another site, and so the Rules of Engagement error (Which I also noticed) was something brought from the site. I can't really edit it, but I have informed the site to do so.
