I hope I got the date right....

OK, so thoughts on the splintering of Julian's team? Working out with Bob? Julian sounds very unhappy and her comment about just getting to the end of this season almost seems to be foreshadowing that she won't return.

What was the black team thinking when they went to that spa. Did they all get infected with the incredibly-dumb-I-want-mess-up-my-weight-loss virus? That vote was incredibly painful.

Can people opt out of a reward. Because that would have been the best thing for some of Julian's team to have done.

The challenge with the pool, the weights, the barriers seemed incredibly exhausting. I watch these folk and wonder how many people who would not be considered overweight could do some of this stuff. I'm pretty positive I my heart would rip out of my chest with the exertion.

It is funny my husband said the same thing about the spa. He said it was dumb to send rhem there. But I said it would test them. In the real world temptation is all around. That is why keeping the weight off is so hard. Old habits come back.

I was upset with Jillian. She was wong in the way she treated Sione. I don't think she realized he was waiting for her to give him one on one time and therefor did not get why he was so upset. Having said that he should of manned up and yelled at her to stop and help him. Then if she ignored him he would be right.

This seems like a season that has been very hard on both trainers. I hope Jillian does not quit.

I think Filipe was upset with Jillian because she called him out about the bad behavior. Rather than admitting to eating the Kobe Sliders, he turned aggressive on her. Classic deflection.

You know, Biggest Loser is a bit like a soap opera, drama, accusation, denials, tears, relationships broken, shouting, heartbreaks, stress.

Maybe I would enjoy daytime soaps....
