13.6 miles!!!!!!! Gee just thinking about running a few hundred feet makes me sweat!

I really wish no one had eaten a cookie. How sad that the winner isn't getting the money. But it was a contest of exercise and will power. As always the elimination was gut wrenching but I am so glad Ron and his son are still both there.

I thought that the participants overall did a very good job at home. I really was drooling at all that pizza! yet the guys ate well. Guess it also helps to have someone else there to support you in your diet and you can support them. I wonder if the brother will now go on a diet with his father and younger brother.

So what's up with Bob's team? The bad luck of the team switch? He's a good trainer, we've seen that before plus two of Julian's group are not even working out with her. I wonder if that is a good idea or not. Dislike her but use her to lose weight. When you leave the ranch, she doesn't go with you and you never have to see her again.

I was going to post about last night's show, but Phoenix, you've already said about all I would have said. LOL. And I was thinking the same thing about running that far. Only I was thinking how I don't know if I could run to the mailbox and back without collapsing. And this after how long have they been at the ranch? 10 weeks? Wow!

Yeah I was thinking I would go out and try running a few paces to see if I could even do that much. but then the neighbors would be watching.....



....and laughing.

So maybe I'll just see if my knee will hold up for a moderate walk to the end of the block.

I only saw the 2nd hour!... It was sad that no one except Ron got there 100 Pounds... but I am VERY happy for Ron, he deserved it...

Sad to see Kathy go, this was definitely good strategy for Ron to vote for her, but Kristen honestly never should have voted her mom off... terrible move... should have left it up to the black team to decide.
