Stop spreading rumors you douches the dude was my one of my BEST friends with him, he OD'ed on heroine by accident. He was completely sober and his body had detoxed, bringing down his tolerance levels. He had a relapse and shot up what he was used to and his body couldn't handle it. If you where his REAL friends you would have been at his funeral and known and heard what really happend. So STFU

The Medical Team who has formed a medical practice and research to develop the correct treatment plan for treating the damaged portion of the brains that these drugs cause....is RIGHT ON target! This is what was empowering for me, and I shared it with cocaine/crack addicts whom I found out about through a high school reunion. The portion of the brain which controls "cravings"...is "empowered" through the use of these drugs, and the 12 step program doesn't have a program that truly addresses the damaged brain cells. Yes FDA must move quickly to approve treatment programs that address the damaged brain cells, of the addict.
