Just one question.

How do they determine when a project manager gets the total winnings, in this week's challenge, more than $200,000 to give to their charity... as opposed to other weeks where the project manager gets a "set" $20,000?

I can understand a difference in what is given to charity if the winning team merely didn't raise as much money. But why is one week what they won, and another is strictly this little (compared to $200,000) amount?

Doesn't seem very fair to me.

It may not be equitable, but I guess they cannot get the same level of sponsorship for each task.

I thought Piers was out of line with his questioning of Jesse James exploiting his wife's superstar status.

But isn't that unfair?

I would hate it if the project manager won before me and got almost a quarter of a million dollars and I, as project manager and the winning team the next week, got only $20,000.

So did I.

I didn't even know who he was married to until they mentioned her name.

Joan bugs me.. but she is a must have on this show. She causes sooooo much drama! Annie is definitely my favorite right now, and I'm glad she won that much money for her charity.

I don't think its too big of a deal that some people get more than others for their charities... afterall its for charity! The money is going to a good cause and will make some sort of a difference no matter how much it is.

I do believe that Natalie's firing was unfair. I feel that Joan as project manager should have been fired in this case. Plus they were adveritising it as Joan vs. Annie... so because they were doing that... it seems to me like they should have fired whichever one Lost!!

As for Piers bringing up Sandra and her friends to Jesse... I believe that he should definitely listen to that... perhaps we will see him bring out the big guns if he is PM and needs to raise money. It would be nice to see Sandra make at least one appearance(although I wouldn't blame her for not wanting to!)

The 2nd task was pretty boring and seemed to me like it went by too fast. Herschel definitely deserved the boot for allowing clint to run the show.

I was actually liking Melissa more after the boardroom. I get the feeling she had an overbearing mother who over reacts to anything concerning her daughter. Melissa seemed to be trying to explain her mom's behavior and ward off the worst of it. She loves her mom and knows when Joan has gone to far. I really liked it when she and Annie were talking while Joan was in the boardroom.

As for Joan. She crossed the line. You don't compare anyone to Hitler unless they are truly that evil. I want Joan gone.

I hope Annie wins with Jesse in second. He is very restrained and quiet. I wonder if that has to do with his more wild past.

Jesse made a point (maybe a week ago) to say in one of those small interviews that he was not going to use his connections to win money for someone else's charity. That when he did use them to bring in a lot of money he wanted it to go to his charity. (Can't say I blame him for that, I'd want that too)

I think Piers was being his normal self and trying to get a rise out of Jesse by bringing up Sandra and Hollywood. Of course he didn't, which I think annoyed Piers but I thought it was funny. Should Piers of said it, probably not, but I didn't figure Jesse would let it bother him. Especially after what he said the week before to the camera.

Jesse and Sandra have been married a few years now. And no matter what show I watch him on, I almost never hear him bring her up and you almost never see her. (She is his third wife if I remember correctly.) I think because of his messy past he's really learned not to mix business with pleasure as he said. And pulling Sandra in, in any way would be doing just that. I really want him to win, he's been my pick from the start. Then if he does, thats when I hope to see her sitting in the audience in support of him.

I agree and I never hear Jesse bring up his wife's name. I sure would like him to win.

I finally watched this last night...enough with the 2 hour shows! By the 2nd hour (and in the last 2 weeks, 2nd task), I am tired falling asleep!

I still say bring back the regular Apprentice--watching regular folks w/o rolodexes was nice. :-)
