I really would have preferred Mike or Tara over Helen but she had Lost a great deal of weight. How cool to see Jerry lose so much weight and win the $100,000. And he was there maybe two, maybe three weeks. That man really worked for his Lost. What was Ron's percent of weight loss. I was out of the room for a while and missed that. I still really, really loved the dynamic between Ron and Mike. I hope they can help the brother. he has got to change now.

I saw it! It was a great finale... a little long definitely, but well worth it! This show is just emotional, and thats why I enjoy it! Also I enjoy how Amazing everyone looks by finale time!

I was extremely surprised by Jerry! To only be on campus for such a short period of time and still be able to kick everyone else's asses... and not to mention how old he is too, is just awesome for him!

I was actually hoping for a Mike win on this one, that kid has done amazing! Of course so have Helen and Tara as well.
Helen definitely worked hard to make it far... however to me she didn't look so well, I think she may have Lost too much weight!... still a well deserved win though, I mean u don't win The Game by maintaining weight afterall.

When everyone kept losing out to Jerry I was trying to think of why this was happening... it seems to me that the men really don't have much of a chance, especially the younger men because of the fact that they tended to regain a lot of the weight they Lost in muscle... so realistically, not many men have a chance if they want to tone as well. (same goes for women, but u don't see a lot of women on this show who want to get overly muscular).

Overall, Great Season and excellent way to end it!!

I was SO happy for Jerry. I was amazed and totally did not expect to see him bring it home. But, how wonderful! He was 64. I watched the Australian show on youtube with Bob (52) being the winner. What an amazing example they both are!!!

Helen was the one of the 3 finalists I least wanted to see win. I really wanted Mike. But, that's how it goes. And Mike and Tara look awesome anyway.

I found the title song to BL, btw. I don't know if anyone is interested, but I have been looking for it for quite some time.I thought it might be good to listen to during workouts.

It was Gerry to me who looked too thin. Positively gaunt I thought, but good for him.....obviously more healthy that before.

I thought Helen looked terrific, but then Mike, Tara, Ron ALL looked marvellous to me. I didn't have a preference for a winner -- to me they all won. Helen was another "Ali". The guts, fortitude and determination shown inspires me.

It was long.....bit too much recapping and some of the former participants seemed to me to need to go back to the ranch again for round 2.

Anybody know when the next season starts?

I agree Helen looked too thin. I kept looking at her trying to figure out what it was that didn't look quite right and finally figured out that it was that her head was too big for her body. Definitely underweight.

Overall it was a good season~~~the finale really dragged on to me but it was great to see how the contestants have done since leaving the ranch~~~most have done well, while some may need a do over...

Way to go Helen & Jerry Having said that, Helen looked as though she aged ten or more years since we last saw her...

I agree the Finale was too long and drawn out.

Both Jerry and Helen IMO looked older. But they looked fit. That's the problem with weight loss in middle or older age. Always look older after the loss of weight.

I wouldn't want to be overweight and w/o wrinkles. I'd rather have wrinkles and be strong and fit. If I have to choose that is!
