For me, from best to worst:

1) Through the Looking Glass (S3)
2) Exodus (S1)
3) The Incident (S5)
4) No Place like Home (S4)
5) Live Together, Die Alone (S2)

1) The Incident--Amazing, questions answered, Jacob/Darkman, the reveal of the bigger picture.
2) Exodus(season 1...but I don't think that's the right title.)--Walt kidnapped, Sawyer shot, the hatch opening, the first of many stunners.
3) There's No Place Like Home--the island moving, Jin's 'death', Sun, the boat, Penny/Des reunion
4) Through the Looking Glass--Too much Jack crap or else it'd be number 2. Flipped the whole show on it's axis, the first of 2 game changing season finales, We have to go back!!!!
5) Live Together, Die Alone--Not that special, if I remember right the episode before this one where Ana Lucia and Libby get shot was far superior.

'Two for the Road' has to be the most shocking episode of Lost (excluding Season Finales and Season Premiere)

1- The Incident. In a word: Awesome!
2- There's No Place Like Home - for Penny and Des
3 - Through the Looking Glass - for Charlie's sacrifice
4 - Exodus (that IS its name )
5 - Live Together, Die Alone - I actually hated that finale - but only because our Losties were in such a bad position and Michael got to leave.

I felt that "There's No Place at Home" had the least amount of intensity. The Des/Penny reunion was great though.

1. The Incident - I hate picking the latest, but I really did have my hands clenched so tight the last half hour. And the Jacob/Anti-Jacob storyline was mythic.

2. Through the Looking Glass - Charlie's death and the Jack beat-down of Ben were great, but I loved the touching Mother and Daughter reunion between Danielle and Alex when they tie-up Ben together.

3. Exodus - The first "they can't leave us like this for months" moment. The kidnapping of Walt and the blowing of the Hatch have set us up for all the season endings since.

4. No Place Like Home - This was spoiled slightly for me (stupid person posting spoilers in non-spoiler threads), but I still really loved everything but Jack's beard.

5. Lie Together, Lie Alone - A bit more minor key than the other endings, but the Swan implosion was great. And it led to Desmond running naked in the jungle, which is never a bad thing.
