Thought you might like to know the first eliminated chef from the season premiere of Bravo's Top Chef: Las Vegas will be online chatting live with fans on Fancast on Thursday, Aug 20, at 11:15 am Eastern/8:15 am Pacific (sorry for the early time, west coasters, but it's the chef's schedule).
