I was watching a rerun last night and it was the one where the serial killer stopped killing for 10 years because he made a deal with a cop. The gang caught him but he escaped. He wore a hard black mask when he killed.

I bet it was him. When Hotch was shot the guy said something. I thought it was you should hav taken the deal or something like that.
