Predicting a final three seems like a no-brainer, right? Irina, Carol Hannah and Althea should, barring an unexpected meltdown, be the final three -- if there is a final three. So, who wins?

I'm hoping Carol Hannah wins, but she obviously needs to branch out a little bit. I wouldn't be unhappy if Althea won. I wouldn't be pleased if Irina won, although I expect her to. Maybe she's encouraged to act the way she is, because the show has been a bit bland in season six. But the bottom line is you can create good designs and still be a reasonably nice human being in the process.

And I still think the judging has been odd this season. For the first time, I've been considering that they're advancing people for what they consider the good of the show, not basing decisions on the quality of the actual designs.

I completely agree on all the points. Apparently ratings started strong but went down as the season progressed, definitely hasn't been their best season. I feel like there was too much playing it safe from both some of the contestants and the judges.

Hopefully, next season when they are back in NY, Project Runway will go back to being it's old self. I think another part of the problem is that neither Michael Kors or Nina Garcia have been there consistently and there have been too many guest judges.

I really wish that Tim was blogging on Lifetime...I really liked reading his take on all the designers & their creations when the show was on Bravo. If he didn't agree with the judges' decision, he'd talk about it...

From what I've read, those two are very much present through at least the majority if not all the next season, since it was easier for them with the show back in NY. A lot will still come down to the talent though; hopefully there'll be people worth watching and rooting for through the end.
