I've always wanted to watch at least one of CBS's crime dramas and I've sampled a bit of NCIS (neither one of the CSI's, Criminal Minds, Without a Trace, or Cold Case have interested me) and I quite enjoyed it. It's a bit more lighthearted and fun and cool. Now, I've only watched maybe like 1.5 episodes and I was wanted to get the opinion of someone who watched it more frequently.

What are your opinions?

I've been watching from the beginning and enjoy it for the same reasons you stated. Lighthearted and fun.

It is defintley one of the underrated show on CBS that can go toe-to-toe against Idol and DWTS

yeah it is a great show.iam a new fan.i love it.you should start watching it.i recommend it.

It's definately my #1 show, because of the Action/Adventure, Drama. I can't wait to see how the spin off turns out. Part 2 is this Tuesday.

So what do you think of the spin off. I think they did a fantastic job in casting. Great group and a new show that will be on my must see list. Is Chris O'donnell going to be on it, I hope so. they need the eye candy.

Did anyone guess the relationship between Gibbs and the woman. It blew me away.

That ending was something else from the Gibbs reveal to Chris O'Donnell getting shot (I hope he does make it to the spinoff) to Ziva.

Lighthearted and family fun appears to be a thing of the past for NCIS. Now they are changing the characters and creating a spinoff that is not following those simplistic guidelines. I can see that I am going to just go the the reruns and back to Stargate SG-1 for watching enjoyment.

roadrunner...it will return to it's formate as soon as next week now that they introduced the spin off, but since you only have 1 post, I don't expect you to return....welcome anyway..
