Redwing, I'm with you in seeing Alex as a big, dumb jerk. I don't get the hatred towards Cassandra except maybe they hated her because she took their seat by playing a better game than they did. Alex has no right to speak to anyone like that.

...and what's with Lisi! What the heck is she yelling at Cassandra for when she treated her and Dreamz like vermin. She was one of the most hateful people on the island and now she's getting pious?! Gimme a break. They're just made that the people they viewed as inferior got the best of them. "Lemme see your shoes!" Wha?!

Puggy, I wholeheartedly agree with you on Yau-Man. I love him, he's my favorite player, but he was a shark.

First of all, he always kept his prey in check. He was constantly checking up on his alliance and asking them the hard questions, very nicely, though. I think one of the meantest things he did was put Dreamz in his sceme. It was mean because he knew Dreamz was so hungry for that truck, he had no real alliance and Dreamz, unlike Earl and Cassandra, was less likely to think things through before it's too late. I think Yau-Man made that deal with Dreamz in front of everybody to add to Dreamz anxiety. If he made it quietly away form the crowd, it wouldn't have been such a moral struggle for Dreamz.

I think Dreamz at first, without thinking intended to keep his word, but kept changing his mind back and fourth. If Yau had been a little more sneaky, he could have made Dreamz promise let him wear the immunity idol to tribal council and promising him that he and Earl will vote Cassandra out.

Yau was a very good player; his biggest mistake was leaving his idol behind to be found by his enemies. Also Yau should've found the second idol and kept it to himself. He didn't owe Earl anything and Earl would've understood; at the last tribal council it would've been to late for anyone to be mad about it.

Earl was the greatest player because he knew when to speak up and when to shut up. Most importantly he knew how to step back and let everybody else take the heat.

I'd love to see Yau-Man in All-Stars 2, if there is one.

I agree with all that.

The winner of an alliance is the one who successfully breaks it. Earl remembered that. Yau didn't.

Yau was absolutely responsible for Yau losing. As others have said, it is a total mystery why Yau didn't target Cassandra at the final four TC. If Yau had made it clear to Dreamz that he would not be voted out, it would have been MUCH easier for Dreamz to give Yau the necklace. Why the hell did Yau want Dreamz voted out so badly?!? Yau was going to beat everyone in a final vote. *shrug*

just saw the finale'...i'd like to say that i love yau-man...but imo he did himself in with that deal...but earl did stab him in the back...of all things, i found that i really like boo...i thought he was crazy half the time but he seems very genuine... michelle as always is cute and perky...stacy had a good comment for earl...

dreamz is an idiot...his mind is forever warped due to his childhood...ppl should have known he would have lied...heck he was homeless, you'll say anything if you are in need...

earl imo played The Game best but is off my list of fav players due to his betrayal....

I'm sorry, GD, but that's a ridiculous position to take. There is no way in hell anyone should expect Earl to hand $1 million to Yau-Man on a silver platter. Taking Yau-Man to the final three would have put Earl right at the top of the reality hall of shame.

I liked Boo up until the jury questioning and all of his Christian stuff. What's that got to do with the price of tea in China???

i think boo was throwing it in dreamz face...dreamz talked alot and usually homeless ppl deal alot with the church, i would not be surprised if dreamz referred to himself as a christian...

i understand the position he was in...but he did say it was yau and him...

yau is a straight up man...i wish him only the best...he was an equal partner with earl...earl was not the leader, nor was yau...but like i said, due to earls betrayal he is off my fav list...yau did deserve the win...sadly he will go down in survivor history as one of the players who deserved it but did not get it

others
colby
lex
kathy
rob c
rob (the stupid one)
and now yau-man

Oh, I can see that then, but strictly in the context of how it was presented on TV, he looked like a loon.
