I hadn't heard of the "F" word. Can you tell me when it's on?

I think this is series 3. It airs 8-9am on sundays BBC. (At least in my area). Its much different than his other shows. Worth checking out though...

10/17 show...the Olde Stone Mill Restaurant...MrLurk knows where it is...says we pass it on the way to NYC (I knew Tuckahoe sounded familiar)!

I told him if Gordon fixed it, we should go there sometime...but I'm not sure if it's really fixed (from last night's episode). The editing seemed really all over the place!

Here's an article about it from yesterday's paper link

I think they were counting on the World Series to last longer than 4 games.........

That guy wanted to be a star more than anything else. The food came second. Frozen junk thrown in a microwave? That was my main thing back in my single days. Who needs to go spend $$ at a restaurant for that?

Just got and watched my two week old tape with "Sebastion's". Sebastion is crazy. Glad he turned around. Seems the show wavers back and forth between nasty restaraunts and incompetent owners.

I was hoping Ramsey would "fire" the owner and let him do his deal in the lobby and let that black lady run the kitchen. She needs to go on Hell's Kitchen! She has been the only one in this series to show fire and competence.

I used to be a pizza cook and actually threw dough. Sad story, I enjoyed it and kind of envisioned rising through the ranks but the owners closed the place. I should have bought it from them but I was too young to realize I could have done that. Then again, maybe I was too young to get enough credit to buy it from them!

Last weeks episode sorta resembled that episode. It was the Irish Pub.. "Finn McCools". The cook (the son of the owner)...(thus the ONLY reason he IS employed)... He doesn't use the microwave BUT EVERYTHING is frozen.... Also while he's cooking... he's drinking MANY pints down with his mates... and when Ramsey would speak with him... his responses were ridiculous. Made him look like a real idiot. Then he threw a tantrum and ran off. But... OF COURSE came back with his tail between his legs! Um... where else could he NOT work well... um.. drink.. and get paid for it.

The best part of that episode... the old man the other cook... he dropped a chicken wing on the floor... picked it up.. and threw it back into the fryer to serve to a customer. Ramsey saw it... confronted him.. and the old man said... by throwing it in the fryer.. IT "STERILIZES" the food.

I would NEVER eat at that restaurant... doesn't matter that Ramsey was there... the same cook is there.
