With SmackDown leaving the network, SV leaving next season, and all of their new shows pretty much bombing ratings-wise, I believe the CW needs something to help it in the ratings, and that something would be to capitalize on SV's success by creating a spin-off. If anyone has ever seen Justin Hartley as Oliver Queen/The Green Arrow on SV, you'd probably agree he's the most likely candidate. I for one would love to see this series, and if you're like me, PLEASE sign the petition below and spread the word to

News has come out that The CW has actually given him a Talent Deal. So I am sure they are thinking of the same thing. Plus they have used him in most of their new shows that didn't make it. Spellbound, Eight Days a Week, aquaman...

I just hope a SV spin off would be the one that they go for...
