I find that I don't care much for the Cops shows. I think we have seen so many of them now, with L&O and now CSI franchises. I like Criminal Minds and Numbers which I think are not so gory. Those two shows seem more high brow to me and not so depressing. But, those cop shows can be depressing sometimes especially since they seem to be on so often.

I do like this show a lot. I just might have to make a trip up north! Haven't dated in so long that, that might be just the place to get back in The Game.... Now if it was truly like that and men still liked dating women over 45 Okay.. Im a farm girl at heart also and love the open spaces instead of city life. Do they get cable up there?? Great show

It really is a cute show, and it is easy watching.
I actually just happened to tune in the first friday it was on, and I was not planning on watching, just did not seem that interesting and the reviews before it came out were not that good...but I was wrong, and so were the reviews, it is good and I tune in weekly and look forward to it.
That's pretty close to my experience. I wasn't sure if I was going to watch it, but tuned in the first week and gave it a chance, and I like it. I thought it would get cancelled actually, but surprisingly it's hanging on, and it helps that they moved it to Thurs after Grey's.

I have a bunch of episodes on my TiVo, but I never get around to watching them.
Maybe this summer?
I watched two episodes today... they were very good. I especially liked the episode where Jane meets Plow Guy.
This show, to me, is like working out. I don't really want to do it, but then once I get started I think, "Geez... this isn't so bad."

So it appears that Men In Trees is being given a new shot. The announcement was made that they will move MIT to Thursdays behind Grey's Anatomy. Six Degrees has been put on hold until January. I'm interested to see how MIT does behind the new episodes of Grey's. The numbers were good behind the reruns, so we'll see. I like this show and want it to do well!

I hope they keep Lynn, but, she (Justine Bateman) looks really old in this, she really looks older than Sally Field in B&S, and yet she is actually 20 years younger.
Yah I think so too...Make-Up Artists must really work up with something new..

I'm liking the new Patrick... I just hope he get a little more rougher around the edges. It will be nice to see him as MIT type of young man then a mama's boy.
But that's not what he's becoming. He's becoming a selfish, belching bore. I did like his scene bonding with his dad, but Patrick isn't the typical MIT guy, he's a sensitive guy that actually talks instead of keeping things to himself. It'd be a bore, I think, to see him end up just like Jack and Cash, etc.
I like the storylines with Jane/Sam "Plow Guy" and Sara/Carl so much better.

Men in Trees, finally had a happy ending and it looks like Patrick is starting to get his memory back.
It was a great ep. The only thing that bothered me was that guest actor's buggy eyes (the one that was on the porch). I swear sometimes it seems like they are casting for a cheap sitcom instead of a romantic drama. Oh well. Many great moments in the ep. I love how Jerome has had history added to his life, making him so much more than a barfly. And poor Cash...
