A "date-and-tell" policy is instituted at Seattle Grace after nurses complain about Mark's trysts, but Callie turns to him in a time of need. Meanwhile, Preston Burke's latest career accomplishments force Christina to confront her feelings about him; and Derek and Meredith admit a military man into their clinical trial. Appearances by Adele, Rose and Dr. Wyatt.

SPOILERS

I thought the gay soldier storyline was very tastefully done, and so romantic and I really hope storylines like this help to open up the eyes of the prejudiced... the ending was sad though.

Great to see some progress with Christina... finally! Long overdue.

Bailey sure did have a couple of great scenes, with both the Chief and Sloane

I enjoyed the whole episode. Cristina has never been a favorite of mine, but her speech at the was gut wrenching.

the scene with Mer and Derek at the end was amazing. Patric sure knows how to do emotion.
