Dang, the hottest guy on the show is leaving! It's nice to know that he'll be back on occasion though...I'm glad they're not killing him off.

So I guess this upgrades Gary Sinese of NY as the hottest CSI supervisor. giggle

I already thought Gary Sinese was the hottest CSI guy. Petterson was the most fun and the most intelligent.

I am a loyal fan. I have been watching CSI from the beginning, if William Petersen goes part-time or leaves for good that will end the show. We also watch CSI on spike tv. I wish to see maybe all the CSI'S and NCIS, on the same station. With less repeats.

Hey folks,
Big CSI and CSI NY fan, but I do see me giving CSI a second thought though, if William Petersen isn't full time. Have to agree that Gary Sinese is on top for me, though Petersen isn't hard to look at either.

Si I guess it is Laurence Fishburn who is replacing him. I had no idea he was leaving until I watched a bit of the Emmy's last night.

Is anyone else not pleased that Jorja Fox is returning briefly? Or am I the only one who grew extremely weary of her character?

You aren't the only one, dj. I don't like her at all.

Y'all don't have to worry. She's only returning to help wrap up the Warrick cliffhanger from last season, and she'll probably be in few episodes to address Grissom's exit.

Personally, I'm glad to see both of them move on. I'm really excited to see what Laurence can do on the show, and I hope it means much, much, much more airtime for Katherine, Nick, and Greg.

BTW, in this week's issue of TV Guide, there's an interview with Peterson and Helgenberger, and they mention the possibility of a CSI movie.

I'd love that!!!! clap

Interesting article, and I would love to see a CSI movie!
I don't think that's going to happen. Didn't they mention this before. I'm just looking forward to this week's premiere.

I think the show could use a breath of fresh air. The finding Warrick's killer episode was good but I kept having the feeling that they were milking the "drama" just a bit too much. I know, I know, they were family.

I really enjoyed the episode. Okay, just a little dramatic, but it will be interesting to see how they faze out Grissom and see how it does when Laurence Fishburn joins the cast. In the meantime I'll continue to enjoy all the CSI's.
