Figured I'd get a thread started about this now and I didn't see one in here. The show premieres October 9th and I'm personally very excited to see how this going to play out. I was signed on the minute I knew it was a Jerry Bruckheimer production.

The blonde security agent/body guard/whatever is the WORST. She couldn't act in a kiddie show. She must be good at doin' producers.

This might have been halfway decent if they had used someone else, but I stopped watching after the pilot.

What didn't you like about her?

I actually enjoyed the way they portrayed her, she was a total alternative to Hood and a no-BS kind of FBI agent. That's the kind of person I would expect they would have guarding Dr. Hood anyway. IMO you shoulda stuck with it, because she opened up and her and Hood had a few more scenes where they connect in the second episode.

I thought that it was amazing. It's getting me to want to be back into math/science like Numb3rs did. I thought that it was really good.

I understand what they’re trying to do with her, and how Marley is trying to act the role. However, that’s the problem. Marley can’t act. I also don’t think she’s that strong enough physically to pull off the role of a bodyguard. In the scenes where she walks around with a gun, the gun looks bigger than her. eek

I still think they should have gone after someone like Katee Sackhoff, Melinda Clarke, or Cynthia Watros for the role. shakehead

I've been watching this series since the beginning and enjoy it. It makes you think and I think the characters are very interesting. I also love the cast. Rufus is just perfect for this role. I only wish there were more viewers. CBS should renew and give it a chance to grow in viewers and advertise this series more. It is quality TV. Remember Seinfeld? That wasn't a hit right away it took a few seasons to become a hit.

I have grown fond of this, mostly because I love the mystery and the technology they come up across. I am also seeing the bodyguard character become more likable. I hope it gets a chance to come back.
